SEND vs DELIVER BY date
When paying online, I think the selected date should be the DELIVER BY date and let the SEND date calculate to whatever is needed. It is frustrating to enter the SEND date, then have to change it once the DELIVER BY date is calculated. One knows when the check has to be there - it should be the bank's responsibility to pick the date to SEND.

Hi Rose!
Thanks for the idea!
There are all sorts of rules that determine the deliver by date(i.e. holidays, weekends, etc) that are calculated within the calendar, based on the send date. However, I think I have a solution that will help you with your idea. When you are in the "online payment" section of our online banking, instead of clicking on the field labeled "Send On", click on the little calendar icon. A calendar should pop up, and you can choose which day you want to send your payment on from there. In addition, if you let your cursor hover over any date on the calendar, it will highlight that date as the "send on" date, and on the same calendar it will highlight the equivalent "deliver by" date. This way, you can see in real time exactly which "deliver by" date corresponds to each "send on" date. I've attached an image that can better demonstrate this.

I hope this helps save you some time!
