Expanding ATM availability

We really like banking at a local bank but REALLY miss having nationwide access to ATMs. When we lived in Fort Wayne IN. We banked at a local bank - Tower Bank. They too realized that people - esp business people who travel need access to ATMs. They solved the problem by allowing their customers to use any ATM and they would reimburse the account the fee charged up to 5 times per month. I would appreciate if you could look into doing this. Our daughter was even able to use one in Scotland!
